Thank you for choosing SolarWalay, a specialized venture of A.A Mechatronics Engineering & Trading Services. We are committed to delivering your solar components and energy solutions safely and efficiently across Pakistan.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Custom-built Lithium LiFePO4 battery packs or specialized engineering assemblies may require an additional 5-7 business days for testing and quality assurance before dispatch.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Courier: For small accessories (chargers, cables, small components).

  • Specialized Logistics: For heavy items like Solar Panels and Battery Banks, we use specialized freight services to ensure safe handling.

  • Delivery Lead Time: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your city (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.).

3. Fragile & Heavy Cargo Handling

As an engineering-focused company, we take extra care in packaging:

  • Solar Panels: Shipped in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty padding to prevent micro-cracks.

  • Lithium Batteries: Shipped in accordance with safety standards for hazardous/energy-dense materials.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. Damages and Inspection (Critical)

A.A Mechatronics Engineering & Trading Services is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the inspection protocol is not followed:

  • Mandatory Inspection: Customers MUST inspect the outer packaging and the product (especially solar panels) in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos/videos immediately, refuse the delivery, and contact us at [Insert Phone/Email] within 24 hours.

6. Delivery Locations

We ship to all major cities across Pakistan. For remote or "off-grid" locations, additional "Beyond Limit" charges may apply by the courier service.

7. Self-Pickup

Customers also have the option to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse/office. Please select the "Self-Pickup" option at checkout to coordinate a time with our engineering team.
